Hearing Care Beyond Limits
A full-service hearing health app offering seamless management of every step in your hearing health journey.
My role: Product Designer (2023-2024)
This was a really cool project I worked on for more than a year and a half, in a team of two senior designers and one junior whom I had the chance to mentor.
What kind of product is it?
It's my first experience with healthcare products. The client is the one of the leading hearing care company in the world. This app allows users to manage device profiles, book online and offline appointments, take hearing test, and much more.

What are the main feature?
The primary function of the app is to control hearing aids.
Hearing device control
Besides that, users highly value the ability to schedule online and offline appointments. An in-app video call feature enables specialists to adjust the hearing device settings remotely.

The app also includes a hearing test function.

Also i was working on developing and updating the user guide. Since the company operates under different brands in various markets, there are versions of the application and the user guide with alternate branding.

How did you support multiple brands?
Maintaining such multi-brand compatibility requires a flexible design system and consideration of how the application will appear in different color schemes.
Alternative branding
It was challenging to consider and comply with all the rules and regulations for European healthcare products.
Creating a user guide of over 100 pages was a new experience for me, and maintaining multiple versions for different brands was a significant challenge.
The target audience for the product is elderly people, which was an important factor to consider in the design process.
